This position within Lower Murray Water’s Financial Services Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and leads a Revenue Services team primarily responsible for billing processes, facilitating the timely collection of outstanding debts and prompt delivery of information statements while meeting the respective regulatory requirements.

Responsible for the integrity of functions within the Revenue Services Department, you will report on key performance indicators and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative work practices. Your strong customer focus, experience in operating revenue systems, understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated ability to lead others will support the continuous improvement of Revenue Services for Lower Murray Water.
