- Two permanent full-time positions in a great location
- Salary in the range of $84,667 to $92,024 per annum excluding superannuation.

In the role of Project Advisor you will have the necessary technical, organisational and management skills to provide the inputs required in the delivery of transport infrastructure projects. These projects cover the full range of delivery phases which include concept, development, implementation and finalisation. You will manage project delivery activities within the business unit to ensure a high standard of quality, economy and safety are achieved and project outcomes are met. You will provide technical advice to subordinate staff in your areas of responsibility to ensure that technical standards and efficiencies are achieved.
Accountabilities include:
- Project management of assigned projects
- Manage the development and implementation of project plans in relation to integration, human resources, scope, communication, time, risk, cost, procurement and quality
- Regularly monitor and report on project progress against Key Milestones
- Manage the project team and consultants to ensure project deliverables meet time, quality and budgetary requirements
- Coordinate and contribute to community consultation activities and ensure that effective communication outcomes occur with the community, local governments and other stakeholders
- Provide project specific advice and presentations to senior management on all aspects of the project and manage customer expectations.
- Determine project resourcing needs and procure the necessary internal and external resources in accordance with approved processes and procedures
- Correspond and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with program management in the areas of scheduling, resourcing and financial control
