What you'll be doing

To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Linen Service site

 

 

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination

This is a NSW Health Category A position. All Category A applicants must read, understand and agree to comply with Policy Directive PD2011_005 Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specified Diseases. Preferred applicants must provide evidence of protection against specified diseases prior to appointment and medical practitioner costs to determine protection is covered by the applicant.

 

Preferred applicants must also participate in a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) prior to appointment.

 

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and data processing within a service organisation,
  • Advanced computer skills including knowledge and/or experience in the use of corporate software applications such as (HRIS) StaffLink, HealthRoster, eRecruit, and Oracle R12 ordering and financial systems; and a willingness to learn new systems,
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently,
  • Ability to make decisions regarding day-to-day operational matters and problem solving skills,
  • Ability to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature and set priorities to meet deadlines,
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and professional practice
