Are you an experienced application technology support officer? Do you hold ITIL v3.0 Foundation Certificate or relevant ICT or Business tertiary qualification? Are you seeking a position working in a complex service support environment? Do you possess exceptional communication skills?
We are looking for someone like you to be our Corrections Victoria Information Technology (CVIT) Service Delivery Analyst with the option to commence immediately. Experience with the sensitive information application would be highly regarded.
You'll be working in a Service Desk environment and providing expert technical advice and telephone support to a large and varied user base and will assist management in the collection and preparation of support statistics. You'll also monitor systems, perform System Integration Testing, participate in after hours support and liaise, interact and cooperate with other support groups.
CVIT Help Desk provides guidance, direction and technical support to partners and stakeholders of all the CV applications. The Help Desk is the first point of contact that manages the lifecycle of incidents and service requests to the satisfaction of the users. The role includes technical and procedural support for all CV staff.
