An opportunity exists for a trade qualified Plumber / Drainer to join our Wide Bay Water & Waste Services team.
This position will provide a high standard of plumbing services to WBW’s infrastructure and assets. The primary focus of the position will be to install and maintain:
- Water supply and sewerage infrastructure e.g., pipes, water meters.
- Connection of water and wastewater house services.
The successful applicant will hold trade level qualifications in Plumbing/Draining, the ability to work autonomously and excellent customer service skills.
The successful applicant will also hold a current Queensland Class 'C' Driver's Licence and a General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Current Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus immunisation (or willingness to readily acquire) is also essential.
Applicants who are a Licenced Plumber/Drainer will be highly regarded, as will those with current First Aid certification and Confined Spaces certification.
