The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programs Manager to be a part of our Program Controls team within Roads and Maritime Services. Reporting to Director Program Services, this position is accountable for the leadership of the program controls across Sydney Division Branches, ensuring risk, schedule, assurance, cost and change is managed across the lifecycle of the projects.

You will have proven experience as a Program Manager with skills in planning, resource monitoring and reporting on the assigned programs and solid stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

The salary for this position is USS Grade 11 ($135,443 - $144,521) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.

Essential requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in project management or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience working with integrated teams on major infrastructure project with knowledge of program controls.
• Experience working within or a firm understanding of, a matrix management structure where support services are embedded within program office delivery teams.
