Job Description
Your new role
We’re looking for experienced ILS Engineers to join our growing Defence Engineering hub. In this role you will work within a team who have responsibility for the planning, identification and development of all the support system requirements for a complex military system. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a ‘first of its kind’ program in Australia, partnering with international subject matter experts in the ILS field. This is an acquisition project with a view to Through Life Support contract.
It will include:
· Logistics Support Analysis including reliability, maintainability, spares and simulation analysis;
· Managing packages of technical work for stand-alone products and integrated systems;
· Developing ASDEFCON plans and support descriptions;
· Delivering technical publications using DEF(AUST)5629B.
Qualifications
About you and what you’ll bring
We are seeking ILS Practitioners from a range of industry sectors and backgrounds. Experience within defence and exposure to ASDEFCON, TRAMML and Land based programs would be ideal for certain positions. Joining a high profile program, experience working on dynamic and complex programs is a must, coupled with a collaborative and team oriented approach. CPEng would be ideal but not essential and experience with DOORS/POUS10 would be highly valued.
