About the role:
C&K are currently looking for early childhood assistants, group leaders and teachers to join our team of relief in the south-west region of Queensland!
 
As a relief employee with C&K, you will be given the opportunity to work at various C&K services around the south west region. This is a fantastic stepping stone into the organisation where you will meet and learn from different directors and educators throughout C&K services. Casual hours cannot be guaranteed; however, the more flexible you can be, the more shifts you will potentially be offered.
 
We are looking for educators who have previous experience and confidence working with children of all ages, and who are proven team players with strong communication skills. 
 
Ideal applicants will have:

• Current paid or exemption blue card (or willing to obtain one)
• Current first aid, CPR and asthma and anaphylaxis certification
• National police check issued within the last 3 months (or willing to obtain one)

For Assistants or Group Leaders:

• Certificate lll or Diploma qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards one.

For Early Childhood Teachers:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification). Or;
  
• Bachelor of Education (Primary) with approved early childhood diploma level qualification completed
  
• Must hold current Queensland teacher's registration
