This innovative Federal Department is delivering a high profile work program affecting economic development and national productivity.
Your new role
You will be working in a team leading a whole of government approach to identify and maximise the benefits of this nationally significant project for industry and local communities during construction and operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Developing a strategic policy document to maximise the benefits of the project for industry and local communities
- Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to collect evidence and measure the progress of the project and project objectives.
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from industry, government agencies and local communities.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate a high level of experience in strategic policy, specifically in the project implementation phase. You will also have proficient experience developing and analysing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, along with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with industry and local communities.
You will be required to possess strong written skills, including ministerial briefing, policy development, report writing and strong written communication. You will be high-performing, motivated and enthusiastic to work on this nationally significant project.
You must be an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) personnel security clearance.
