Revenue NSW is a division within the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. As NSW's principal revenue agency, Revenue NSW administers State taxation and revenue, manages fines and administers grants and subsidies for the people of NSW.

This Team Leader opportunity allows you to provide resolutions for the people of NSW and contribute to a prosperous, safe and fair society by collecting revenue, resolving fines and recovering debt. The department is currently undergoing major change and reform and will be leading the way in working digitally. What skills, background and experience do I need to be considered for this opportunity?

• Demonstrated experience in supporting, engaging and developing frontline staff to deliver superior customer service outcomes in a multi-channel environment
• Ability to monitor, coach and develop individuals to deliver high performance, customer centric outcomes in a high volume work environment.
• Proven ability to resolve under-performance, conduct and attendance issues
• Ability to keep up to date with the range, pace and complexity of information and knowledge required to deliver quality customer service
• Experience in interpreting and applying legislation
• Ability to resolve escalated customer enquiries received through any of our channels

Salary Grade 5/6 maximum salary package up to $102,002 plus Package includes salary [$83,403 – $92,025), employer’s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience. For part-time employment these amounts should be pro-rated as these amounts are based on a 35hr week.
