About the Role

The Radiographer / Sonographer Senior or  Sonographer – Senior; demonstrates high level clinical skills and competencies in Ultrasound and +or- Radiography and is able to deliver high level MI services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.

  • Exercises independent professional clinical judgement in providing medical imaging clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification.
  • Provides professional leadership by initiating development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols that enhance the delivery of MI services and being actively involved in quality assurance activities that support the continuum of care.
