Position Summary:
This position leads the Diversity and Community Capacity unit of the Diversity and Community Participation Branch. The Diversity and Community Capacity Building unit embeds responsiveness to diversity in policy and program development and service delivery. The unit also has carriage of building strategic relationships with the community sector to drive sector-wide capacity for innovation and collaboration, and developing and delivering programs to enhance community participation and inclusion.
