  • Salary in the range of $76,269 to $81,500 per annum excluding superannuation.

 

We are seeking a high performing and innovative Workplace Trainer  to contribute to our vision: Creating a single integrated transport network accessible to everyone.

 

As a Workplace Trainer in RoadTek North your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, manage and deliver training in conjunction with Registered Training Organisations, to ensure employees are able to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in accordance with business workforce capability and current legislation requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and delivery of the Work Centre’s learning and development program, monitoring of training costs against budget, and reporting to management on the performance of the learning and development program against key performance indicators.
  • Maintain an employee training program, to ensure timely advice to Resource Managers and Project Managers, on training needs and all planned absences from work to attend training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Operations Manager, Resource Manager, Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure they are fully informed of training activities and needs.
  • Coordinate and/or deliver both accredited and non-accredited civil construction training courses to ensure that employees have the skills and competencies to meet legislative requirements.

 

To be considered for this role it is mandatory to hole a valid Queensland ‘C’ class driver’s licence or equivalent. There will be a reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards required throughout the State.
