About the role:
This exciting role is responsible for the provision of data-driven insights to enable the optimisation of the user experience of our digital products and services - whether online or within the Library building.
The User Insights Analyst is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation team within the Digital Experience Division. The Division leads digital transformation activities in the Library, collaborating with other teams to build better digital products and services for the public.
You will be responsible for contributing actionable insights to the iterative design and development process, as well as benchmarking, and reporting on the performance of digital products and services.
The successful applicant will possess highly developed skills in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from a range of sources including Google Analytics, and be able to effectively communicate insights about the usage of digital products such as websites, multimedia interactives and apps.
You will have the capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, agile team in a cultural institution or government setting, and possess a sound understanding of user-centred digital design and development.
