Facilities Coordinator Metropolitan & Regional

The EPA Infrastructure Unit is responsible for Accommodation, Facilities Maintenance, Motor Vehicle Fleet Services, Security Pass Administration, Mail Services, Facilities Environmental Reporting and Accommodation Projects. The units Facilities consists of 5 regional office sites, Laboratories and Deployment Facilities at Macleod & a CBD fringe Head Office location. This position coordinates all repairs and maintenance through the SSP/DTF Corrigo portal. Additionally the role has responsibilities for the supervision of all soft services, minor office relocations, fitouts and adhoc accommodation projects. The role requires a high level of customer and stakeholder engagement thus requiring a high level of customer service skills.

To be Successful:

  • Demonstrated previous experience as a facility officer and/or coordinator in a multi site property port folio
  • Experienced in online facilities job request portals/software
  • Demonstrated experience as being a member of a successful Facilities team
  • Knowledge of BCA and Essential Services Standards and WorkSafe Officewise guide
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with security system such as Insight, Titan and/or Challenger
