Position Overview

• Support price control and market intervention objectives to deliver initiatives on time
• Support the development and improvement of operational practices in the team and Branch
• Support the Team in handling stakeholder enquiries.
• Support the management of issues related to price controls and market settings
• Supporting Director in managing delivery of reviews and projects

Position Duties

• Coordinate information gathering research activities including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Preparing communications documents and responding to enquiries as required. Includes providing thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the divisional mailbox for enquiries and coordinate responses where appropriate.
• Draft executive and ministerial briefings and correspondence.
• Develop and review materials and resources including accessible documents.
• Provide additional support across the Branch and Division when and where needed, and undertaking specific initiatives when required.
• Maintain, monitor and coordinate actions for the Team’s issues register.

Desirable Skills

• It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability
