Our client is looking for an experienced team leader who has an understanding or interest in HR and recruitment. Managing a team of around 8, you will be working towards refining business processes to ensure that service delivery expectations are maintained and promoted. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will contribute to the implementation of new processes, rules and regulations. Building capability, you will review current skills and implement alternative operating models.
Your professional approach will ensure you get the best out of your team, you will support them with their workload, help them achieve their personal goals and ensure that they all contribute to team, branch and strategic outcomes.
We are looking for the following capabilities:-
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results within short timeframes and under pressure in an operational environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and develop productive working relationships, both internally and externally
- Ability to interpret and apply rules, legislation and guidelines
Previous experience within recruitment would be highly regarded. You may have experience leading a team within shared services, call centres or high volume transactional environments.
