  • Works across all areas of L&D including induction, customer service and marketing skills training,  leadership development, and team building
  • Is part of an easy-going and high energy team committed to supporting the business to achieve outstanding results
  • Delivers end to end design and delivery of programs
  • Creates training packages to support national projects

The successful candidate will be engaging and flexible and work well in a collaborative L&D and broader HR team. We will consider part-time for the right person.

  • Experience in end to end design and delivery of L&D programs
  • Expertise in delivering blended solutions and using tools such as LMS, eLearning solutions
  • Ability to facilitate groups at all levels within the business

  • Highly developed skills in communication, influencing and relationship building
