With a large national network of hearing centres, this role:
- Works across all areas of L&D including induction, customer service and marketing skills training, leadership development, and team building
- Is part of an easy-going and high energy team committed to supporting the business to achieve outstanding results
- Delivers end to end design and delivery of programs
- Creates training packages to support national projects
The successful candidate will be engaging and flexible and work well in a collaborative L&D and broader HR team. We will consider part-time for the right person.

- Expertise in delivering blended solutions and using tools such as LMS, eLearning solutions
