SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Get Healthy at Work, SafeWork NSW

  • Salary range $105,409 - $116,157 pa plus super (Clerk Grade 9/10)
  • Gosford location 

Get Healthy at Work is a NSW Government initiative that aims to improve the health of working adults by providing businesses with free support to address workplace-related risk factors for chronic disease and help staff achieve their personal health goals.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to review and analyse the program’s systems and ongoing progress to identify improvements ensuring quality performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively 
  • provide support and advice to team members to achieve organisational outcomes 
  • strong analytical skills and reporting skills to ensure identification of issues and trends
  • solutions-based approach to problem solving and ability to clearly articulate suggestions to influence stakeholders 
  • experience as a Senior Business Analyst with the proven ability to work with complex data
  • proven experience creating process maps or other project documentation including supporting briefs, plans and testing material
