Administration Officer APS5

• 10 month contract with possible extension options 
• South side location 
• Baseline clearance desirable or the ability to obtain 

Our Federal Government client is seeking an Administration Officer APS5 for an initial 10 month contract with possible extension options.

Your new role:

• Assist with research and analysis, draft project documentation and provide general project administration 
• Provide advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders
• Coordinate responses to requests for information about local operations, and corporate and programme/project matters 
• Coordinate the management of property services, information technology, security services and asset control 
• Contribute to the implementation of corporate initiatives including changes to governance arrangements and new departmental procedures

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous APS experience in a similar role
• The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships 
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail 
• Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain 
• Australian Citizenship essential
