We are a large and fully integrated infrastructure business chartered with a responsibility that is pivotal to the success of Queensland and its people. Our culture is one based around safety and performance.
Our newly created position known internally as the Condition Analyst sits within Network Assessment Management and is responsible for proving in depth analysis of the data collected by specialised survey systems and on track vehicles. The role will also assist in the deployment of the new Track and Overhead data analysis software.
In the long term, the role will be required to analyse the data collected by the track & overhead recording systems, and assist the asset management team developing preventative asset management plans. The core focus of this role is to enable intelligent asset management decisions.
The role is working a standard 76 hour fortnight; however flexible work arrangements are offered as you will have the opportunity to assist the collection of data in the field.
We are looking for an individual who is talented in managing and analysing data – who may come from a statistical data/scientist/analyst/engineering background. You will have a high level of technical skill in the use of data analysis tools along with strong problem solving skills.
Must hold Tertiary level qualifications in Science or Engineering (in a relevant discipline) to be considered.
The recruitment and selection process for this position will require the successful applicant to undertake a Category 3 Pre-Employment Health Assessment including alcohol and other drugs test.
