Rare opportunity for a highly experienced Ministerial Reporting Lead to join this exciting Public-sector organisation for a 4-month contract in the Syd CBD. This position is involved heavily with high-level stakeholders and plays an integral role within the PMO.
About the role:
- Collating, reviewing and challenging Program Managers and Program PMO's on key ministerial reporting artefacts and updates;
- Compiling regular ministerial priority reports for consumptions by executives, the board and the Minister;
- Proven ability in liaising with and challenging where necessary C level executives;
- Providing hands on status updates for Ministerial Priority programs at board level;
- Exemplary Stakeholder Management skills are essential in this role.
Essentials:
- Superior communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Relevant experience working in a similar role;
- Experience negotiating with high-level stakeholders;
- Superior time management/prioritisation skills.
