Salary: Range $108,566 - $120,529 plus superannuation of 15.4% p.a.
Are you:
- an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- experienced in understanding Indigenous economic development and business operations and passionate about achieving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- well-developed ability to negotiate confidently and to communicate at a leadership and formal level with persuasion, influence and clarity
- a strong achiever with great customer relationship management and significant personal drive?
IBA’s Business Development and Assistance Program offers a suite of workshops, pre-business guidance, business support and business finance to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to start, acquire and grow commercially viable businesses.
The successful applicant for this role will play a key part in:
- supporting the Senior Manager and Executive in delivering IBA’s services and provide local leadership and management to all Business Solutions staff within an operational environment
- providing advice, guidance, coaching, skills and capabilities development whilst raising awareness on what opportunities are available to Indigenous businesses
- provide expert advice, guidance, coaching, and skills and capabilities development to team members.
