Our Government client is seeking an experienced APS 6 Recruitment Team Leader to provide leadership in implementing new business processes and procedures in an ever-changing environment.
 
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• High achiever
• Ability to prioritise work load effectively
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong effective working relationships
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting legislation, regulations and/or guidelines
• Demonstrated team leader experience

Your responsibilities:

• Managing the team’s service delivery expectations within a customer service environment
• Assisting with technical and operational matters
• Transition the team to a more consultative service offering
• Productively and efficiently shifting the focus of the team to a self-service culture
• Provide advice and support to the team and to senior management
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders

Your background:

• Experience in a similar role within the APS is desirable
• Successful applicant may be required to obtain a Working with Children and Vulnerable People Check
• Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
