Requirements 
  • Ability to provide good customer service 
  • Ability to accurately record interactions through systems.
  • Ability to pick up simple systems .e.g data entry, Funding systems.
  • Experience with word/excel/data base etc.
  • Experience with managing/monitoring mailboxes and directing email correspondence accordingly.
