The People and Culture team at West Moreton Health are looking for a People Systems and Governance Lead to join the Human Resources Business Partnering leadership team. Leading a small team, the People Systems and Governance Lead will support the delivery of People and Culture initiatives across West Moreton Health relating to a range of services including advisory services, governance and supporting frameworks, and people systems to achieve sustained organisational performance and improved business outcomes.
The scope of work which will initially fall under the People Systems and Governance team will include the following:
- Recruitment improvement project;
- Establishment management reconciliation;
- Human Resources policy and procedure review; and
- Implementation of internal audit recommendations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven, dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to bring their strong skills in project management and service improvement into a high growth organisation.
