McArthur are currently seeking applications from suitably-experienced candidates to take on a role as an APS6 Clinical Advisory Project Officer.

This role is available on a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension and is available for an immediate start.

As part of this role, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Project manage current Medical and Allied Health Provider Notes update process. These are documents that clinicians use to understand rules and requirements in dealing with veterans.
• Project manage updates of procedural documentation and re-design process
• Manage business improvement activities relating to requests for clinical reviews
• Assist Director as required (drafting briefs, papers, etc)
• Lead own business improvement activities and/or support Governance/Clinical Advisor business improvement activities
• Responsible for own administrative tasks (printing, organising meetings, etc)

• Available to start immediately and can hit the ground running
• Ability to show initiative, be proactive and is agile and flexible
• Ability to meet deadlines and take direction
• Excellent project management skills
• Understanding of policy and a clinical/health background
