Mosman Council is a small, innovative Council with a commitment to creating a vibrant, progressive and sustainable community. It is located eight kilometres from the Sydney CBD, on Sydney Harbour with Taronga Zoo, HMAS Penguin, Sydney Harbour Federation Trust and National Parks and Wildlife Service, as its major neighbours.

We are seeking an energetic, resourceful and results-driven person to lead our Library Experience team to inspire and coordinate the delivery of a high level of customer service to library users in Mosman.

Located at Barry O'Keefe Library and reporting to the Manager Library Services, you will be responsible for the programming and marketing of library services, development and delivery of library programs and the facilitation of staff training and performance planning.  

To be successful in this position you will have outstanding customer service skills, well developed management experience and a recognised qualification in Information and Library Studies (Librarian), or relevant tertiary qualification.
