Required Skills, Knowledge or Experience:

Prepare correspondence in relation to Development Applications abutting a primary regional road.
Assessment of Development Applications in accordance to relevant planning schemes.
Familiarity with Austroads documents in relation to traffic impacts from developments.
Provide responses to Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) applications.
Facilitate meetings with landowners to resolve complex planning issues.
Substantial experience in word processing documents.
Experience in record keeping software (TRIM).
