The opportunity
We have a newly-created role for an innovative and inclusive leader to bring fresh thinking to our team and improved service to our customers. The Visas and Relocation Specialist provides advice and support to the organisation and candidates regarding obtaining required visas and relocation.
This role will provide expert advice to the organisation on visa conditions, visa types and other related immigration documentation to ensure that the application process is completed efficiently and does not delay commencement of new hires. You will also provide expert advice and support to new hires in obtaining or renewing required work and residency visas and other related immigration documentation, and resolve any issues to ensure compliance with immigration legislation and requirements.
You will quickly become recognised as our subject matter expert by team members, talent specialists, executive leaders and hiring managers.

You’ll enjoy change and see new ways of doing things, you should challenge convention to build and improve on existing practice. You’ll get a spring in your step from delivering outcomes for clients (and spare them the complexity of how you got there.)
A commitment to quality and ability to do the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture is important. An understanding of current visa requirements, immigration legislation and relocation policies as they relate to our business will be highly regarded.
