Full Time until April 2020
Band 4 + Monthly RDO

 

The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader Administration Local Laws & City Amenity, you will be primarily responsible for the effective and efficient allocation of customer requests, initial responses to infringement appeals and the allocation of daily mail to appropriate Officers.

The role will also provide excellent customer service and administrative support and guidance to the Local Laws and City Amenity Unit.

About you
The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
  • High accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to communicate, written or verbally, in a clear, concise and controlled manner
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite
  • Experience in Authority, Pathway or Technology One will be highly regarded
  • Exposure or experience in working in an organisation requiring the use and interpretation of legislation and complex problem solving highly regarded
  • Current Driver’s License.
