This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and talented Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our Asia Pacific team. As an integral member of the Senior Management team reporting to the GM you will manage key client relationships, influence negotiations and maximise opportunities through existing channels in the rail maintenance division.
Key skills:
- Experience in leading an international team
- Experience in managing mechanical and electrical engineers/technicians
- At least 10 years’ experience in the design, development and manufacture of equipment for constructing and maintaining railways more efficiently with international companies.
- Management of stakeholders
- Experience in project management including regulatory approval and coordination of both local and international suppliers
- Ability to motivate and engage personnel
Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record in a rail project management role both internally and externally in a high paced manufacturing environment, have formal qualifications and experience in the rail industry.
