A local consultancy with their roots in regional Victoria, my client has a reputation for high-quality consulting and design on infrastructure, land development and building structures projects. Their multi-disciplinary approach gives a wide variety of projects and develops a wealth of knowledge and experience in its staff.
  
The Vacancy
My Client has an opportunity for an Experienced Structural Draftsperson to become a part of their ever-growing team. This is an opportunity to assist leading a team of drafters working on projects across the commercial, government, education and residential spaces. The role focuses on:

• Drafting, scheduling and the production of engineering modelling and specifications for Commercial High-Rise, Multi-Storey Residential, Government, Retail and Health and Education projects.
• Mentor and assist junior drafters in building their skills sets.
• Maintain the Revit families and libraries used by the business.
• Collaborate with and support the Design and Engineering Team.

As with all consulting roles the ability to adapt to a diverse range of responsibilities is key.
  
About You
The successful candidate will have the necessary experience to fulfil the following:

• 5+ years of structural drafting experience using Revit.
• A recognised and relevant tertiary qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in working with post-tensioning.
• Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.

The expected salary will be between $80,000 and $100,000 plus Super. The relevant experience, skills and potential of the candidate will negotiate the final remuneration package.
