We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Pipelines Engineer to join our operations in Brisbane.  This role is part of a team delivering engineering services across a portfolio of oil and gas projects.  This is a fantastic opportunity to further your knowledge of the hydrocarbons industry.  We are looking for someone who is looking to learn and be mentored by a team of experienced Engineers.
 
Key duties/responsibilities will include:
 

• Preparation of detail design and drawings, specifications, datasheets, calculations and reports.
  
• Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  
• Provide technical support and assistance within the discipline team and liaise with the project team.
  
• Identify issues and problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with WorleyParsons, with its Clients and other stakeholders.
  

 
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Experience in the design or operations of high pressure hydrocarbons pipelines
• Familiar with AS2885 suite of standards
  
• Familiar with PE gathering systems design to APGA Code of Practice
  
• Member of Engineers Australia
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Self-motivated and adaptable
