Caught in a position where you are doing all the work of a Principal/Associate with the same responsibilities but the recognition and reward does not line up?

This emerging leader is seeking fresh blood for a newly created Senior Engineer role to assist the current Civil leader with technical leadership and project direction.

Here the grass is greener, they provide a dedicated mentor for the first 12 months and some clear milestones to reach to get you into an Associate role.  They have been selective in the make-up of their team. Never hiring under pressure to ensure the best mix of talent. They are 100% invested in their staff, understanding the importance of further training and getting all of their Engineers to Chartered Status.

This particular team has around 10 staff; you will be running and mentoring these staff, whilst he deals with strategic level issues of winning new business and managing existing client relationships

This will give you the responsibility of a Assoicate with exposure to duties at this level, which will put you in great stead for a future role at this level when the division expands or even potentially splits in two sections with continued growth.

Must have Civil Engineering Degree and around 8-10 years experience in a consulting environment in broad civil engineering areas including, urban development, roads and infrastructure, leading projects and staff. Chartered status desirable.
