About the Role
You will manage and supervise the day to day activity of the site personnel on a basement excavation project in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded Site Supervisor/Foreman looking to gain invaluable experience and progress their career with a growing civil construction company.

Duties 

• Ensuring works are completed in a safe manner and comply with management system policies and procedures implemented by project managers
• Lead and supervise site personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain site records and documentation
• Work to achieve project by the set deadlines to the standards of RMS
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in basement excavation, shoring, piling and shotcrete
• 4 years experience as Site Supervisor
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A strong people/supervision skills with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
• Ability to lead work crews & subcontractor processes
• NSW driving license
• Work ethic
