Your new role
Reporting to the Project Team Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding customers enquiries and requests, often within a multi-disciplinary technical environment, to accurately formulate a response, connection offer and/or project scope of works. You will lead by example in the application of safety in design principles, as well as undertake the registration and ongoing to documentation updates of new projects within information systems. You will be preparing and reviewing offer/contract documents, and be responsible for project approvals, detailed design documentation and schedules. Additionally, you will be involved with other project related activities, such as liaising with stakeholders, managing customer expectations especially on technical matters, monitoring project budget and schedule, reviewing major deliverables, peer reviewing project briefs and providing technical advice to many different stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, it is imminent that you hold an Advanced Diploma, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering (essential), Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). You will have demonstrated experience gained from exposure to an asset intensive industry, as well as a proven understanding of the regulatory environment relating to electricity distribution or similar regulated environment. You will also have established, advanced problem solving skills and a current ACT C Class Drivers Licence. Another key attribute for your success will be proven, effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, customers, developers, etc. It is essential that you are able to focus on customer needs and satisfaction, working to high quality and quantity standards as well as working systematically to achieve project goals.
