As our Project Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Project delivery from start to finish
- Account management
- Client relationship management
And do this type of work:
- Working in partnership with our clients to complete projects on time and budget
- Maintaining and building relationships and support for existing and new clients.
- Ensuring our customers are successful
- Project takeover from the sales team
- Project establishment, including health and safety and resource coordination
- Inter-project coordination to ensure an optimal allocation of resources considering competing priorities and milestones
- Attending Conferences
- Research and Development
- Providing support to business analysts
We are looking for a candidate with the following competencies:
- Aligned with our Values
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in facilitating or participating in maintenance strategy development using IIMM / NAMS Property Manual / Practice Note #3
- Aptitude to building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Proficient in business writing
- Understanding of enterprise asset management technology platforms
- Advanced Excel user
Ideally you would have these qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent
- About 3 to 5 years experience in project management and ideally worked in a consultancy delivering asset management projects
- Certified to PMI would be ideal
