My client is a rapidly growing Property Developer and Construction Company who are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Construction Project Engineer to take the lead on their flagship development in Sydney's second CBD!
They have an impressive pipeline of current and upcoming developments up to $200M spread across Sydney metro and Western suburbs.
The Role:
- Design management and coordination
- Client coordination and liaison
- Tendering
- Budget Estimate and reporting
- Site Establishment and planning
- Construction coordination and management
- Site variation and design change.
The Requirements:
- Solid experience in the residential and/or commercial building sector as a Project Engineer
- Degree qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Be from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder background
- Have an autonomous working style
- Be keen to progress in a diverse and growing business
