Custom Quip Engineering Pty Ltd (CQE) is a manufacturer of Quality Transport Equipment centrally located in Welshpool.
CQE is looking for an enthusiastic draft person that has experience in Inventor Software with 3D & 2D detailing with AutoCad.
Applicant must be self-motivated and have mechanical mind along with a creative flair as you will be required to.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Advanced level of proficiency with Inventor software;
- 3D modelling using a master sketch and derived parts
- Design assistant to replicate new jobs. Ability to stick to a strict drafting guide written for the company]
- Maintain a standardised design style through future works
- File type conversions, for reference information only, from old jobs in 3D DWG models
- Proficiency and experience working with AutoCad2D software;
- DWG and DXF manipulation, including creation, modification and information extraction
- Not required, but desirable 3D DWG manipulation, including creation, modification and information extraction
- Intermediate to advanced level of mechanical aptitude;
- Experience and understanding of purchasing and manufacturing processes;
- Professional, positive & constructive attitude towards their role & workplace functionality;
- Ability to work within a team environment.
* Experience in heavy equipment manufacture or likable industries is essential.
Salary $100,000 to $140,000 subject to experience
