About us:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated systems engineering, integration and test lead to manage and develop systems and effectively lead a team of systems engineers across a range of projects.
Day to day responsibilities of your new role will include:
- Manage and develop the systems engineering team across the JP2068 program:
- Ensure that the system engineering processes are competently applied across the program and program team
- Requirements
- Design Integrity
- Integration
- Verification and validation
- Develop and mature the system engineering procedure documents including SEMP and CMP for use on the program.
- Support the whole program team in the execution of systems engineering tasks.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
To be successful in this role you will need the following essential skills:
- Formal engineering qualification, preferably systems engineering major
- Experience guiding a team of engineers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Technical writing skills
- Strong technical background
And Ideally you will also be familiar with the following:
- Certified as INCOSE E/CSEP
- Experience working within the INCOSE system engineering methodology
- Working experience in developmental ICT projects.
- Working experience with the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and ASD’s Strategies to Mitigate Cyber Security Incidents
