The IPMS Technical Manager will work within Navantia Australia’s sustainment division supporting the Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will;
- Providing Technical Support at IPMS and its associated new products
- Participate in the development of offers related to the IPMS and its associated new products
- Participate in the creation of a team to implement in Navantia Australia the ability to address projects related either IPMS or new products
- To develop a Plan along with the NAUS IPMS Mgr based on all IPMS activities already implemented in Australia and the new opportunities to be proposed.
- To lead and coordinate along with the NAUS IPMS Mgr any new opportunity keeping the alignment among the different platforms and products already delivered.
- To identify the proper IPMS organizational structure to ensure best support to the end customer.
- To work aligned with Navantia SA (Sistemas) in any new development which was applicable in Australia.
- Participate in the development of Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) Centre of Excellence (CoE) and promoting the application of industry 4.0 technologies.
To join our crew you will have;
- Proven skills and experience at least 10 years on IPMS (COMPLEX) products in either development, commissioning and support
- Proven skills and extensive experience in R&D project related with IPMS and development of new products and IPMS´s capabilities
- Proven extensive experience as management in activation and commissioning of Systems Automation for Naval or industrial platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships
