The Company
Berg Engineering has been in business for over 40 years in Australia and is recognised as a premium supplier to all of our customers. We specialise in utilising our engineering expertise, combined with advanced engineering processes to extend the working life of mechanical assets on behalf of our customers.
We utilise technologies like 3 dimensional shape sampling, solids modelling, cad cam, Plasma Transferred Arc and 5 axis machining systems to allow us to manufacture any parts that are not giving our customers effective service life, or parts that they are being asked to pay exorbitant prices for.
For our customers, we manufacture a range of Pump parts, valve components, gearbox components as well as complete valve and pump products. We have a very streamlined manufacture process that allows us to replicate almost any type of part that our customers may need. We also operate significant rotable programs where the customer sends the worn out part, Pump, valve or gearbox to us and we go ahead and strip, assess, repair and return to our customer often with a better than new part life due to the application of some of the above-mentioned technologies.
We are also a premium engineering provider to the energy industries. We provide mechanical services to support the rebuild of critical assets during plant shutdowns and have a great deal of experience and are a current supplier to many of Australia’s major power plants and oil and gas companies.
