About the employer
The company is a successful organisation with an Engineering Design team in Mackay.
Having a secure client portfolio, they now require a Senior Civil Engineer to join the team and to provide expertise on civil urban development / civil infrastructure projects.
They will provide relocation assistance and accommodation assistance to successful candidates the live interstate who are interested in relocating to Mackay.

About the role
As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide engineering design solutions to clients requiring detailed design documentation for civil infrastructure projects like underground utilities (water & sewerage) and other urban development type projects.
You'll be required to deliver projects directly to clients whilst maintaining strong business relationships.
Providing engineering design solutions from concept through to final delivery, including budget monitoring and schedules.
Requirements for this role
- Civil Engineering Degree qualification.
- Eligibility for RPEQ / CPEng.
- At least 7+ years Civil Engineering experience from an Engineering Consultancy.
- Strong experience providing Engineering Design Solutions for civil infrastructure and/or urban development type projects.
- Strong experience on underground utilities (water & sewerage)
- Ability to project manage and drive project delivery.
