Due to an increased portfolio of work, a global Engineering firm named as one of Australia’s most desirable employers, have an opportunity for a Civil Engineer – Industrial Water Management to join the Brisbane team.  

By joining one of the most reputable water engineering team’s in Australia, you will have exposure to design excellence and delivering water management solutions for major mining and industrial sector clients.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you would be responsible for:

  • Leading the engineering design of civil hydraulic infrastructure including coordinating multi-discipline inputs. 
  • Technical delivery of water management studies including water balance modelling with the ability to draw clear conclusions and recommendations
  • Working collaboratively with internal multi-discipline teams both locally and from other offices
  • Ability and passion for developing others
  • Growing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Working independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team depending on project requirements
  • Managing projects to deliver successful outcomes within budget


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant University Degree in engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years industry experience, preferably working within a consulting environment.
  • Registered as CPEng and RPEQ or working towards.
