We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join our busy Structural team and work on a range of projects such as: hospitals, schools, facades, art work, tall timber buildings, university buildings and heritage work.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Structural Engineer plays a key role within the Structural team and is required to:
- Provide key support to Principal Engineers and Directors
- Be a team player and work in a small team of Engineers and Drafters
Key responsibilities for the Structural Engineer include:
- Investigation, modelling, analysis, design, documentation of a variety of structural engineering projects which typically involve buildings, public realm structures, product development.
- Manage structural engineering projects from inception through to completion including:
- Concept designs
- Preliminary to detail design and documentation
- Submission of fee proposals for ongoing work and management of the administration of jobs.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 4 (four) years relevant Structural Engineering design particularly in Architectural buildings, infrastructure and institutional projects
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant analysis software programs
- Strong computer skills
- Must possess a current Driver's Licence

Salary is dependent on level of experience. Package includes statutory superannuation
