- Sink your teeth into structural analysis and design of complex concrete & steel structures, particulary for mid to high-rise residential apartments and commercial towers
- Snapshot of current projects include; multi-storey residential apartments with 3 level basement and 2 commercial towers of 20 stories including multi-level basement
- PT in house, no outsourcing
- Highly technical role however will still require a well rounded base in managing project time frames, supervising juniors and liaising with architects, contractors and clients.
- Blue sky here is to start managing projects end to end and to begin making in roads into the commerical and business development side. Or if you prefer to remain technical, be the key technical go to person in the office and take on a technical director pathway
- Big enough to win decent share of juicy projects in Sydney but small enough to avoid office politics
- Very family oriented office, priorities in line in terms of sticking to a balanced work and home life
Must be CPEng or on the way to achieving it, 10+years experience, proficient in ETABS, RAPT and SPACE GASS.
