Offering a chance to be an equal leader with one other associate director with an competent and stable structural team to continue to build on their strong pipeline of business.
They are looking for someone who is an accomplished team manager, who can deliver projects and bring in and find new business, however there is no financial pressure in the short term.
It is an option that based on your perorrmance and success could lead you to be a key part of this national consulting, including furture directorship.
Serious about putting a strategy in place and will have the backing and support of key directors. Strong profit share plan in place where Senior and Managment staff can make a decent bonus per annum not seen in the big companies.
Suited to a solid Senior Structural Engineer looking to make a name for themselves in the local market. If you have a passion for building a business and leading a team and delivering projects in Brisbane and have had experience with this already we would love to hear from you.
15-20+yrs experience in local Brisbane market in the buildings space, particularly a consulting environment, confident operator technically, strong leadership experience, managing a profit and loss centre, commercial acumen.
