- Bachelors in Engineering and have Chartered (CPEng) status
- Proven track record of cient relations and business development
- Evidence of building the business component of other structural teams
- A minimum of 10 years’ structural engineering experience in a consulting environment
- Recent experience in a senior management role
- A dynamic commercial acumen and demonstrated leadership qualities

They are one of Australia's leading engineering design firms, and as a result you will be exposed to a range of projects and stakeholders providing you with an opportunity to apply your experience on major structural projects.
They house a talented dynamic workforce that work hard and get results. Their sole dynamic is to provide quality to large scale projects, having this dynamic means there is a very open culture and no closed doors. Their head office of over 100 + engineers and designers is located in Brisbane and is now in search of a new Business Development orientated Structural lead for its Buildings and Infrastructure component.
The role:
- Management of Engineers and Designers
- Grow the team number over the next few years
- Drive and perpetuate the business portfolio
- Management of large building structures
- Business development & Client management
- Report to the Business Leader
- Maintaining a healthy and happy work environment
The right candidate will have a solid background working on large scale Buildings and Infrastructure projects, for example; stadiums, high rise commercial buildings, hotels, bridges, process infrastructure, resorts, large scale residential and hospitals.
