Reporting to the Engineering Design Manager, your primary role will be to provide drafting services to the Mechanical and Piping Engineers for preparation of detailed design drawing packages and updating of drawings to 'as-built' status.

Your role will encompass:

• Draft working drawings, piping general arrangement drawings, layouts, plans, and isometrics, as required for procurement and construction
• Draw master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities and exact specifications and dimensions of equipment, piping runs, and civil/structural components.
• Assist with the preparation of and interpret specifications for mechanical piping drawings
• Provide technical support for fabrication

You will be:

• Tertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline and an Autodesk / AutoCAD 2D drafting expert - AutoCAD Plant 3D a bonus
• Experienced in process piping design and drafting, you are conversant with Oil and Gas industry piping standards and codes, your knowledge of pipeline facilities and standard piping arrangements would be an advantage
• An excellent communicator, to liaise and build effective and pro-active working relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with Asset Engineering and confer with engineering staff and other personnel with regards to drafting and design tasks
